I started my expressive writings as a child. It was a way of escape from the dark areas of life; you could say it is and was a form of therapy for me.

⚘✒️My inspirations stem from past and present experiences. 2020 has been the most extraordinary series of events; experiences that will never be forgotten and have truly shaped my life in a unique way.

⚘✒️Being transparent in saying this- not all my inspirations are from happy places. Some of the darkest hours can and will be the most instrumental in life’s forward motions. “Past the Boxes” is a female trying to be positive and open minded in a not so positive open minded w🌐rld.

⚘✒️A micro story to me personally are like protein bites when you can’t get a full meal. Life is a challenge and everything helpful helps.

When certain life~things fit a situation, you make a mental short’note. My admiration for our forefathers ‘knowledgeables’ are embraced. The one that I would apply to the year (2020)-

⚘✒️Quotes can end an argument, start a conversation, and make someone’s day. Words are powerful tools for building and demolishing. What are your words saying today? I don’t have a lot to say on this subject but, I hope I will add something new and fresh to your conversation closet. When I think about it, how we speak is really part of our wardrobe; something we wear everyday.
