i am of no value without others.

  • dear readers,

i believe the power of expression is part of mental health healing. what we bottle up, consumes us. what we let go of, is our deliverance.

i’m titling my new blog style as:

i write about my experiences and observations of others. we learn from others human frailties as well as our own.
